Use caution while driving on I-94 West of Downer

Downer, MN (WDAY TV) -- The heat is causing problems on I-94 just west of the Downer exit.
The pavement is bulging on both eastbound lanes in that area.
Mn-DOT crews are working to fix the road and drivers are urged to use caution.
