Two motorists arrested for conspiracy to manufacture meth

Cass County (WDAY TV) -- The Cass County Sheriff's department stopped to help 2 motorists, and it turned into a drug arrest.

Cass County (WDAY TV) -- The Cass County Sheriff's department stopped to help 2 motorists, and it turned into a drug arrest.

David Sether and Gary Delaney are in jail, facing charges of conspiracy to manufacture meth.

Sether also faces driving under suspension charges. The 2 were stopped at the intersection of I-29 and County-46.
