Fargo Parks District kicking off Parks and Recreation Month

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Fargo Parks District wants you to get up and moving.

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Fargo Parks District wants you to get up and moving.

It's calling July Parks and Recreation Month. The city has more than 2,000 acres of parks and the district says we need to take advantage of them.

The District is launching a Park Passport Punchcard Program which provides options for fun, family activities. You can get your first punch right now by stopping by Courts Plus, and checking out its plans for an indoor playground.

Roger Gress – Fargo Parks Executive Director: "We all know if we go from the trails to the golf courses to the parks to the programs to the family picnics and walking trails. The parks that we manage, the list is absolutely endless."
