Man is arrested for shooting bottle rockets at cars

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A Fargo man was arrested for shooting bottle rockets through a busy roadway.
Around 8:15 this morning an officer spotted the man firing the bottle rockets at cars, here near the 1500 block of 25th street. A very busy roadway, especially at that time.
Police say when the man was approached, he refused to comply with officers. He then tried to flee the scene.
