(WDAY TV) -- Students burdened with college loans won't face more of a burden.
Congress has passed a massive measure that includes a provision shielding them from sharply higher interest rates on those loans.
The legislative package will spend more than $100 billion on highway and transit programs over two years and will salvage 2.8 million jobs.
The bill now goes to President Obama for his signature.
