Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- Another reminder tonight to lock your car doors. Police say four teens tried to break into 100 vehicles overnight in South Fargo...

Police got a tip and found the juveniles trying to open car doors along the 3500 block of 42nd Street South.

Police caught three of them, a fourth escaped, but has been identified.

The juveniles had a number of stolen items on them, including money and small electronics.

Lt. Joel Vettel with the Fargo Police says, "this situation, all six victims would not have been victims if they had locked their vehicles."

The teens face charges of theft of a motor vehicle, unlawful entry of a vehicle, providing a police officer with false information and juvenile violation of curfew.

They were released to their parents.
