Jamestown, ND (WDAY TV) -- A judge has sentenced a Jamestown man to four and a half years in prison on illegal weapons charges..
Police found 8 rounds of ammunition in David Werkhoven's garage during a search of his residence.
The 52-year-old Werkhoven was prohibited from possessing guns or ammunition because of earlier felony convictions.
