Grand Forks, ND (WDAY TV) - The trial is underway for a Tennessee woman accused of having sex with a Grand Forks teenager. Forty-seven year-old Cynthia Kusy is charged with felony sexual assault and luring a minor. Kusy denies the allegations.
The boy was 16 at the time. He says she bought him beer, he got drunk and they had sex at a Grand Forks hotel in April 2011. The boy testified Tuesday.
The trial resumes this morning.
