Jamestown, ND (WDAY TV) - It’s a blast from the past for people who are part of the Fort Seward Wagon Train. It kicked off yesterday. The wagon train travels about 20 miles a day and will end up in Fullerton on Friday.
About 150 people from across the country signed up to wear authentic clothes, perform traditional chores and tell stories. It's all about appreciating the prairie and going back to more simple times.
Dean Sprunk – Fort Seward Wagon Train: "Get away from work and stress and no phones, no newspaper, so for me I get to spend the week with the horses."
