Moorhead's police chief is up for the top job in St. Cloud. Dave Ebinger is one of 5 finalists for the police chief in St. Cloud. He'll interview Wednesday in St. Cloud. The field will then be narrowed to a top three. They're hoping to have someone in place by this fall.
Ebinger has been in Moorhead since 2006.
