ND woman pleads not guilty to stealing painkillers

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A North Dakota woman is charged with stealing pain-killers from patients at the V-A Medical Center in Fargo.
Police say Jessica Jo Stevens is pleading not guilty to health care fraud -- and to the acquisition of controlled substances by fraud or misrepresentation.
They say the 32-year-old stole painkillers including methadone, oxycodone, and morphine.
Her trial date has not been scheduled.
