That's if locked-out union workers agree on the company's third contract offer. Workers across the region are voting today on the 5-year contract.
It's been overwhelmingly rejected twice now.
In the past, union workers have complained about provisions regarding seniority and job security.
The company says it's a good contract, with substantial increases in wages and other benefits.
