Bail is set for East Grand Forks teenager for drug charges

East Grand Forks (WDAY TV) -- Bail was set today for An East Grand Forks teenager.. facing murder charges. Accused of supplying the drugs that killed a Park Rapids teenager.
Prosecutors charged 18-year-old Adam Budge with third degree murder, second degree manslaughter, selling drugs to a juvenile, and selling one or more mixtures that contain a controlled substance in connection with the death of Elijah Stai..
Those charges could land him a total of 70 years in prison. Bail was set at 200-thousand dollars cash.
He has not posted bail yet and is expected to appear in court next in August.
