Grand Forks, ND (WDAY TV) - Bail is $20,000 for a Grand Forks farm worker accused of having images of child pornography. Sixty year-old James Miller is charged with a felony. More charges may be filed within days.
Miller was arrested Sunday after police found 29,000 images on a hard drive in his apartment; 90% were child porn. Some images were of a victim younger than two years old being sexually assaulted.
