Some workers locked out by American Crystal Sugar, are skeptical about an upcoming vote on the company's offer. After the meeting with company executives on June 8th, union members decided to take it to the people. About 13-hundred workers have been locked out since last August. Workers in Crookston say they're at a stand-still, and it's going to be hard to vote on the company's final offer.

Roger Delage – Union President/ Crookston: “Quite a few of the members asked that, if we were going to re-vote on it and asked that we have it so being a democratic process that's what we are going to do. We're going to bring it back and let the membership decide on the company's last final offer.

Union workers say if the contract gets voted down, members will meet to talk about what the next step is to end the lockout. Union members will vote Saturday, June 23rd.
