Art and Wine in Downtown Grand Forks

East Grand Forks, MN (WDAY TV) -- People are strolling the streets of downtown Grand Forks -- sampling wine and checking out art.

East Grand Forks, MN (WDAY TV) -- People are strolling the streets of downtown Grand Forks -- sampling wine and checking out art.

This summer's Art & Wine Walks kicked off today in the northern valley. Local artwork was on display and available for purchase.

This is the 6th year the Northern Valley Arts Council, Greater Grand Forks Convention and Visitor's Bureau have organized the event.

Tania Brown, Whitey's Manager, says, "I'm expecting a lot of happy people (laughs)"

Art & Wine Walks are on the third Saturday of each month and run through October.
