Bismarck, ND (WDAY TV) -- North Dakota Public Service Commission Chairman Tony Clark resigned his post today.
Bismarck, ND (WDAY TV) -- North Dakota Public Service Commission Chairman Tony Clark resigned his post today.
Clark is taking an appointment to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
It oversees the nation's electric distribution network, interstate energy pipelines and other facilities.
Clark is the longest-serving member among the three public service commissioners.
