Elbow Lake man found guilty of kidnapping and sexual assault

(WDAY TV) -- An Elbow Lake man convicted in 2010 for kidnapping and sexually assaulting his stepdaughter in the Fergus Falls area was found guilty today by a jury in Georgia on several other crimes against his stepdaughter and others, including child molestation and incest.
Forty-nine year-old David Sabby is expected to be sentenced sometime in the next few weeks.
An Ottertail County judge sentenced him to 12 years for kidnapping his stepdaughter from the parking lot of the WestRidge Mall and sexually assaulting her.
He was also found guilty of criminal sexual conduct toward his stepdaughter in Grant County.
