Glyndon, MN (WDAY TV) -- The storm that hit last night did some damage at a farm near Glyndon.
It is believed lightning struck a pole barn at a farm Paul Hartke owns. No one was injured, but the lightning strike started a fire that destroyed the shed.
Fortunately a barn and house were far enough away, but the farm's owner did lose an ATV, hay and some farm gates.
Bill Bergquist - Clay Co. Sheriff: "There is no power or anything to this building or anything like that, so the fire department is thinking that it is lighting that struck."
A neighbor spotted the fire and called Glyndon Fire at around four this morning.
