Minnesota AAA Golf Tourney beings tomorrow

Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) -- The Minnesota Triple A Golf Tourney tees off tomorrow in Coon Rapids and the Moorhead Spuds have to feel confident.

The Orange and Black are coming off a record shattering section performance last week and are ready to use that momentum this week.

Sr. Golfer, Bryant Buckellew, says, " I just had two rounds in the 60s, so hopefully I can keep that going into state. But, there's definitely

going to be a lot more pressure at state because you have to play two good rounds."

Ben Welle, another Sr. golfer, says, "I want to finish as the top team in state. That's our goal! That's been me and Bryant's goal since we've been freshmens' on the team."
