Fergus Falls, MN (WDAY TV) - Fergus Falls product Derek Hansen has signed with the Oakland A's, giving up his final year of eligibility at Augustana.
Hansen, who was recently crowned Northern Sun pitcher of the year, will begin playing with the organization's instructional league team this week. He was selected in the 25th round of last week's Major League draft.
