Everything is now back to normal near Plummer, Minnesota where a semi collided with a train, except one key thing...who will pay for the cleanup? Canadian Pacific Railways filed a complaint against the company of the truck driver, seeking reimbursement. The collision happened March 31st, killing the truck driver and spilling a petroleum product. The road was closed in the area for more than a month, and cleanup efforts are still going on. ACP spokesman says the cost is substantial.
