Fire destroys lake home in Otter Tail County, MN

DENT, Minn. – Nobody was injured when a fire destroyed a home Friday on the southwest side of Star Lake near here.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Department received the 911 call at 2:05 p.m. All members of the household at 31114 380th St., Dent, were found unharmed and accounted for outside of the residence owned by 41-year-old Daniel Daugherty.
The sheriff’s office said in a release that the cause of the fire is still unknown, but nothing appears suspicious.
Members of the Perham, Dent and Vergas fire departments responded.
