Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Police have arrested a man in connection with an alleged assault near Island Park. Twenty-four year-old Brandon Peterson is accused of grabbing a woman by the wrist and attempted to pull her down the street. Peterson faces the charge of attempted kidnapping, punishable by 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
