Local golfers vying for a spot in the US Open

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - It’s a huge day for two local golfers, trying to qualify for the most prestigious tournament in the world, the US Open. Both Tom Hoge and Ben Freeman are just 36 holes away from advancing.
Hoge, playing in Houston, is currently in 27th place through 27 holes. The top 3 advance from his section. Freeman is in 13th place at his tournament in Chicago. The top 2 go to the Olympic Club.
