NDSU hosting 83rd North Dakota FFA Convention

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The NDSU campus is being taken over by blue and gold corduroy this week.

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The NDSU campus is being taken over by blue and gold corduroy this week. The 83rd FFA state convention started today. Around 1,400 students and advisers will attend this year, the largest in its history. Students will take part in 21 different competitions ranging from cattle judging to public speaking.

Aaron Anderson – North Dakota FFA: “A lot of our students are agricultural based but we have student who aren't on the farm or ranch we have city kids who are part of our organization because we have such diversity with the events and activities that we have.”

Students are treated to entertainment every night. Tonight is Dueling Pianos, tomorrow they'll hear 32 Below.
