(WDAY TV) - Students shared a strong message of hope for the future.

More than 330 Moorhead High School students took their seats at the Concordia Fieldhouse, anxiously waiting to call themselves graduates as proud parents snapped pictures.

Over at the Fargodome for Fargo North's graduation, hundreds more students wore blue caps and gowns, donning gold tassels - as speakers urged students to be proud of all they've accomplished.

Just hours later, Fargo South students walked the stage, shaking hands and grasping their diplomas before the students stopped to snap a customary picture.

And in the final celebration, about 220 students threw their caps high in the air, turned their tassels, and congratulated friends.

CHRIS KASPER - Davies Graduate: "The memories is what's hard. It's very sad about all the memories, starting all the traditions at Davies, and leaving all that behind but its exciting to move forward and start a new chapter."

The Davies students are now the first graduates from the new high school.
