Fargo man accused of sexually assaulting 16-year old in broad daylight

Police say 26-year-old Bashir Noor, approached the 16 year old in the 100 block of 23rd Street South yesterday afternoon.
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A 26-year-old Fargo man is behind bars after police say he sexually assaulted a teen-girl in broad daylight.
Police say 26-year-old Bashir Noor, approached the 16 year old in the 100 block of 23rd Street South yesterday afternoon. Police say he pulled her into a concealed area and assaulted her.
She got away and told a passerby in the area, who chased down Noor until police arrived. Police say the girl was taken to the hospital, but did not sustain serious injuries.
