Pedestrian killed on Interstate 94 near Jamestown
JAMESTOWN, N.D. (AP) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a pedestrian was struck and killed Saturday night on Interstate 94 near Jamestown.
JAMESTOWN, N.D. (AP) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a pedestrian was struck and killed Saturday night on Interstate 94 near Jamestown.
The patrol says authorities were en route to the area prior to the crash on a report of a man waving at traffic. The accident happened just after 10 p.m.
Police say the motorist was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Suburban.
The name of the victim, a 39-year-old Jamestown man, has not been released.
