The Jamestown Sun reports (http://bit.ly/K4VZiF) that 40-year-old Linda Gail Semones had been charged with possessing a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. She pleaded guilty to that charge and two misdemeanor charges. She was sentenced to five years in prison.
In another case, 47-year-old Scott Alan Vogel pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to two years in prison on each charge.
