MINOT, N.D. (AP) — A North Dakota woman says she will plead guilty to a felony charge for selling $120 worth of marijuana.
MINOT, N.D. (AP) — A North Dakota woman says she will plead guilty to a felony charge for selling $120 worth of marijuana.
Searra Michelle St. Pierre is charged in federal court with distribution of marijuana. The charge carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison.
Authorities say St. Pierre sold pot on the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation on two different occasions, for $50 and $70.
A plea hearing has not been scheduled. Prosecutors say they will recommend a sentence of probation.
