Fargo, ND (WDAY TV)- A special flag was raised at Essentia Health this afternoon. One year ago today, the family of Mikey Fetzer made the unselfish decision to donate his organs after a tragic car accident took his life. This afternoon, LifeSource remembered the 1 year anniversary with a special "Donate Life" flag. Mikey's sister played the flute to the ceremony.
