Heitkamp $1.6M, Gulleson $504K in campaign money

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Heidi Heitkamp has raised $1.6 million for her campaign.

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Heidi Heitkamp has raised $1.6 million for her campaign.

New federal financial disclosure reports are due this week.

Heitkamp is running against Republican Rick Berg. Berg's disclosure report wasn't available Friday.

Heitkamp's report says she has $759,000 in campaign money in the bank.

Democratic House candidate Pam Gulleson's report shows she has raised $504,000 so far. Gulleson has $313,000 left in her campaign fund.

Republicans have to settle a House primary campaign during North Dakota's June 12 election. Public Service Commissioners Brian Kalk and Kevin Cramer are opposing each other for the Republican nomination.

Kalk's report Friday shows he has raised $294,000 for his campaign, and he has $66,000 left to spend. Cramer's report wasn't available.
