(WDAY TV)- The rural Barnesville woman convicted of setting fires to her farmstead is now the subject of a proposed court order to ban her from contacting trial witnesses.

Prosecutors requested the no contact order after Tara Andvik sent a letter from jail to Keith Beam, her ex-lover and one of the people she pointed to as a possible suspect in the arsons.

In it, she maintains her innocence. The state has until today to provide legal authority to support that order.

The order would apply to three others. Andvik's lawyer has until Wednesday to respond.
