Minneapolis, MN (WDAY TV) - Surprising news out of Winter Park today as the Vikings opened their latest OTA session losing a cornerback. Asher Allen announced he's retiring from football. Allen was a 3rd round pick for the Vikes back in 2009 out of Georgia. He started 9 games last year. He finishes his Vikings career with 4 interceptions.
