North Dakota man files Federal Lawsuit against BNSF Railway

MINOT, N.D. (AP) — A North Dakota man is suing BNSF Railway for injuries he sustained on two separate occasions.

Cary Jurgens, of Mandan, says in a federal lawsuit that he suffered "severe and disabling" injuries as a result of a June 2009 accident near Mandan and a February 2010 incident near Fargo.

Jurgens says the company failed to provide a safe place to work. He is seeking unspecified damages.
