The North Dakota state track meet got underway today in Bismarck. "B" Boys shot put Kindred's Jack Plankers wins his 2nd consecutive state title, tossing 55 feet 11 inches, almost 6 feet better than 2nd place. B girls shot put, Olivia Johnson of Richland wins her 2nd straight title with "put" of 42 feet 3 inches. In the boys triple jump, Nick Anderson of Lisbon was the favorite and you can see why...he jumps 44 feet 10 inches to win the event by more than a foot. In the Class A Long Jump, West Fargo's Jamie Heinen takes the title, he's going for a three peat in the triple jump as well.
