Forty-two year-old Blake Dinger of Wisconsin faces a fleeing charge after leading authorities on a two county chase on I-94. Jamestown police tried to pull Dinger over after calls about an erratic driver. They called in help from Barnes and Stutsman Counties for backup. Dinger stopped nearly 20 minutes later after hitting spike strips.
