A Clay County jury has found both drivers were at fault in a fatal crash that killed a Ulen woman in January of 2010. Jurors determined 27 year-old Afton Braseth was 15% at fault, while the driver of a sugar beet truck, 63 year-old Robert Poehls Jr., was 85% at fault when they collided head-on on Highway 75.

Braseth's husband filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Poehls and his employer, TranSystems LLC. Since the jury found Poehls more at fault Nolan Braseth can now move forward with a suit seeking $50,000 in damages.
