PLYMOUTH, Minn. (AP) — Police say a pedestrian was struck and killed by a freight train Tuesday in Plymouth.

The Star Tribune (http://bit.ly/Kk1Jsh) says an eastbound Canadian Pacific train struck a man shortly before 8 a.m.
Deputy Police Chief Dan Plekkenpol says the train's crew is being replaced, standard procedure under the circumstances.
