SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - Sioux Falls police are looking for whoever plundered a 50-pound anchor from Long John Silver's.

The antique anchor is painted bright yellow and measures 4 feet by 4 feet. It has greeted customers from a store-front rock bed along Minnesota Avenue for more than 30 years.

Store manager Kim Highstrom (HIE'-struhm) says it disappeared overnight Friday. She says she's been offered money for the anchor many times but has always refused to sell it.

She's been looking online to replace it but says she can't find its equal.

Highstrom is offering a $100 reward for the anchor's safe return.
