A Larimore man will serve 3 years in prison for having forceful sexual contact with a woman while holding her at knife-point.
Gary Benjamin was sentenced Friday on charges of sexual imposition, terrorizing, simple assault and violating a protection order.
Police say on August 14th Benjamin molested a woman while threatening to kill her with a knife.
The woman previously had a restraining order against him.
Benjamin will be required to register as a sex offender and will be on probation for 5 years.
