Dilworth man sentenced to 8 years for child molestation

A Dilworth man, who admitted to molesting an 8 year-old boy will spend 12 years in prison.
Twenty-eight year-old Robert Hersrud will likely be committed for the rest of his life, according to the assistant county attorney.
Hersrud was on probation at the time, for sexually assaulting a 15 year old girl in 2005. Hersrud admitted to molesting the boy well over 5 times.
