Tara Andvik found guilty on 3 counts of arson

FARGO - Tara Andvik has been found guilty of three felony counts of first-degree arson.

FARGO - Tara Andvik has been found guilty of three felony counts of first-degree arson.

When the verdict was announced around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Andvik, who was wearing a pink sweater, cried, as did her husband, Matt.

She has been taken into custody and her bail revoked. A mental health evaluation asked for by the state was granted.

Matt Andvik declined comment.

A sentencing hearing is scheduled for June 28.
