NDSU close to $32 million goal for BSA renovation

When you step up on the NDSU campus these days it looks nothing like it did even 12 months ago. If Gene Taylor gets his way, we won't recognize 12 months from now.

In an exclusive interview for the Bison Media Blog, Taylor tells me that NDSU is in the final steps of raising the necessary $32 million for the renovation of the Bison Sports Arena.

Gene Taylor – NDSU Athletic Director: “Our goal is to still get something done this fall. We've raised 30 of the 32 million dollar goal. We have several donors on our list that we feel can help us move needle pretty significantly. We'd like to have those asked by July 1st, start process of getting approval, so we can get everything ready to put everything out to bid sometime this fall, at least get the bids in place.”
