A man who pointed a shotgun at Jamestown police officers won't serve any jail time if he completes probation without getting into trouble. Michael Partlow faced up to 5 years in prison.
A judge ordered to spend five years on supervised probation, pay $550 in fees and do 150 hours of community service. Partlow was convicted of terrorizing for pointing a shotgun at police officers in December 2010 at a Jamestown apartment building.
He was shot several times.
