Possible Dress Code for Voters in June

Voters could be dealing with a dress code when showing up to vote this June.
The Cass County auditor says anyone wearing Fighting Sioux gear that day may be asked to take it off or cover it up, or they won't be allowed to vote.
He says it's just a fairness issue, adding that you can't be campaigning at the polls.
The vote is for Measure 4, voters will decide to either uphold or reject the law that requires UND to use the Fighting Sioux nickname.
