30-million dollars is headed to Moorhead and Northwestern Minnesota communities, for flood control projects.
Governor Dayton has signed into law, a nearly 500-million dollar public works bill. Moorhead's mayor says it'll include more than 11-million dollars for Moorhead, alone.
If Moorhead does get the money, it will complete a 7-phase plan, to protect homes to 42-and-a-half feet.
MSUM could get about 2-million dollars for projects like roof and boiler replacement, and storm water distribution.
