Fairmount man sentenced for for felony gross sexual imposition

Donald Johanson will start serving his sentence Monday.
(WDAY TV) - As part of a plea agreement, a 39-year-old Fairmount, North Dakota man will serve 4 years of a 20 year prison sentence for felony gross sexual imposition.
Donald Johanson will start serving his sentence Monday. He'll be on supervised probation for 10 years once he's released.
Authorities arrested Johanson a year ago after he allegedly engaged in sexual contact with a juvenile female who was less than 15 years old at the time.
