Joshua Taylor did not enter a plea and asked for an omnibus hearing to determine if evidence is admissible at trial.
(WDAY TV) - A West Fargo man accused of assault with a dangerous weapon at a Breckenridge bar appears in court.
Joshua Taylor did not enter a plea and asked for an omnibus hearing to determine if evidence is admissible at trial. Taylor is accused of threatening people with a large knife after an argument at the Sundowner Bar, last Christmas.
He could face up to 7 years in prison if convicted.
